How to finally start line drying your laundryI’ve shared a couple of other ideas for these fun dessert pizzas in the past, and today I thought I’d share another one that I made recently that turned out particularly well, if I do say so myself!

I went over them with my good ol’ dollar store antique white acrylic and they were perfect.Though I only clued into this after a week of trying to convince myself they were OK and if I just tied a little orange ribbon in the right way, they would be perfect.

Nope.. Why do I do this to myself?Over fake pumpkins??Oh well, the point is, they’re pretty now and I like them!

I even got compliments on them on Thanksgiving!.Are you loving simple and easy things like this as much as I am lately? We’re just winding down around here from a crazy Canadian Thanksgiving long weekend.

It was perfect, but now I’m exhausted.

That’s how these things work!.OK, so the half cookie is just because I ate a little too much right out of the mixing bowl.. Once you’ve got your 9.5 cookies on your cookie sheet, just stick them in the fridge for 10 minutes or so and you’ll be ready to chow down guilt-free-ish!

Of course these cookies still have quite a bit of sugar in them, but the sweetness from the maple syrup is so much better than the huge amount of white sugar that the original recipe had!I’ve tried this recipe with honey too and I liked it, but it wasn’t Kennedy’s favorite because she’s not much of a honey girl..

What kind of a monster am I raising over here?Anyway, we go the maple syrup route for this recipe now..
